TI Extension processing time query

Post by ssingh366 » Mon Mar 25, 2019 2:56 pm

Hi Guys,

Can someone throw some light on what is the normal processing time for extension applications these days. I have been waiting for 11 months 2 weeks now.Always get a standard response after chasing which confirms they will write back once a decision is made. Was hoping if someone has an idea of the average processing time and if a year wait these days is normal. I haven't been requested for an interview or any additional documents. Its just been radio silence.

Thank you

I thought we were not supposed to ask further questions on that topic. I did go through timelines of other people but its very unclear if people who have applied around April 2018 are still waiting and if there is any pattern to it. Appreciate your reply though but I was hoping for little solace that maybe this kind of wait without hearing back something is normal. Cheers

Starting a topic asking all to comment just becomes difficult to moderate and full of 'no update', 'same here' low value posts. I posted the timeline for you to review through all the most recent pages. It was not for you to 'post a comment'!! I scanned it briefly and saw posts of people who applied before April 2018.

Many are waiting long periods, some in excess of a year.

You simply need to wait to hear back from HO or ask your MP if they can follow up with HO and get an update.
