Tier 1 entrepreneur dependent extensions

Hi

I complete 5 years on T1 entrepreneur and I switch to ILR few months ago . My wife still on T1 entrepreneur dependent her current visa is ending on February so what category we need to use for her renewal.
She completed 4 years in uk on T1 entrepreneur dependent . So is there any possibility after this renewal, when she complete 5 years
Can she go for ILR?

Tier 1 dependent visa extension. It will be a 3 year extension.

She can apply for ilr within 28 days of the 5th anniversary of her initial visa issue date.

My visa category is ILR now
