Benefits Entitlement

Hi All,
I and my family recently received ILR after 5 years on Tier 1 General visa. I am currently working and my wife was working part time but recently lost her job due to re- structure within the company. she use to earn £ 530 on monthly basis by working 20 hours per week.
we have 2 children of age 7 and 5 and we live in scotland.
I would like to know what are the benefits we are entitle to based on our present situation ?
please advice.
