Husband (me) receives UC and live togheter. She is not yet on UC claim. Planning to do this next week.
You had to tell Universal Credit straight away, or your UC could be stopped: this is to stop overpayments. You can easily report the change by signing in to your online Universal Credit account.

Right now we living in a sharing house, having a private rent, with a tenancy agreement.
1.Can we claim council house or LHA from NOW as she is pregnant?
You can't claim a council proprety. You apply to go on their waiting list. Being pregant does not get you housed by the council if that was what you were thinking? Nor does having children.

If yes, how long this could take until we get the house/LHA
Years if you live in an area with a long waiting list. In many areas, there is not enough sociall housing now for all those that are asking for this.

and how many bedrooms we entilted to? If not, how long time need to wait?
It will be a one bedroom flat that you will be bidding on, along with everyone else who has a 1 bedroom entitlement. When the baby is born, it will be a 2 bedooms entitlement and you can then bid on the 2 bedroom properties.
Children of either sex share a bedroom up to age 10. If they are the same sex, then its sharing a bedroom until age 16. Even then, if here are not any bigger council/HA properties available, the parents will have to work somthing out, either the parents sleeping in the lounge, or moving to a private rental.

What if she decide to stop working after 3 months of pregnancy? Is she will be eligible to claim benefits straight away or need to work while she is pregnant to get maternity allowance?
Choosing to give up work does not mean you can claim welfare benefits/have extra benefits via a joint claim, straight away. It doesn't work like that.

3.What happens when the baby is born? Are we going to receive support to pay the rent when baby is born, if both of us on UC claim?
Both of you must be on a joint UC claim, even if she is not allowed to have any benefits.

I assume you are getting a little bit of help towards your rent now? It's unlikey that any rental help given via Universal Credit will pay all of your rent for a two bedroom property. But those with a child have the UC Work Allowance. This means you can keep more of your wages before the UC taper starts to deduct the monthly UC amount given: although you have to be working to get the work allowance.
When the baby is born you can claim Child Benefit. The 2 child limit does not apply to Child Benefit.
