NHS surcharge for ILR depdendants

Post by subba2reddy » Wed Jul 29, 2015 4:06 pm

Hi

I got ILR but my dependants don't. Before that I was in Tier 2 ICT category. And now my family are applying for visa extension under the same category I was before(Tier 2 ICT). Tier 2 ICT is exempt from NHS surcharge. So do they have to pay NHS surcharge or not? Please answer

No they do not have to pay the IHS Surcharge as long as they remain on Tier 2 ICT Dependent visas.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
