Actually I got confused as well and afraid of refusal... I am also applying for UK visa but my case is to be join my partner. I think applying in Saudi arabia is more strict.. just want to know in your 1st application, you just want to visit UK for a vacation or want to visit a family member?

It makes no difference where you apply as long as you are applying in a country where you have legal residence or are a citizen of and meet all of the requirements for whichever visa you are applying for. HO follows the immigration rules in all countries.

What is your spouse's immigration status in UK?
Life isn't fair, but you can be!

Per her advised, GEN. TIER 2, but She didn't yet apply for ILR even once.
Any advise? and also how we print our Call log such as FB,Tango etc. is it screen shot or copy paste from word file?

Thanks,

Thanks, but do you have an idea like for example if the VISA was granted (In Shaa Allah) but then the dependant will travel to UK after few months? let say 3 or 4 months after they received the VISA.. Is it possible?

Thanks a lot!

She should state her intended travel date on her entry clearance's application. Request correction, if intended travel date was ignored. With the new biometric requirements, they expect sucessful applicants to enter the UK within 30 days of the entry clearance's effective date.

If she is unable to travel within the 30 days validity, then she may apply for a replacement, costing £122.
