Tier 2 ICT short term to Tier 2 General

Hi All,

I am currently in Tier 2 ICT Short term Visa. As my visa expires next month, I am returning back to home country.

I am trying for Tier 2 General Visa. I know I have to apply this from my home country. But I doubt is there any cooling off period for me to apply for Tier 2 General Visa? Kindly clarify.

What is the start and end date of your Tier 2 ICT short term visa?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
