Tier 2 General visa restriction

hello Manci,

I am currently in UK(start date: 1/2/2014) on ICT visa.
I am returning back on 31/12/2015. I have another job offer from another employer of UK who is ready to sponsor me for Tier 2 General visa.
Can i go back and apply immediately for the Tier 2 General? Is there any cooling off period for me?

Yes, 12 months cooling off period will apply. Unless you meet the requirements per page 21 and 22 of the Policy Guidance (click)
