Hi All, I am in a Tier 2 ICT long term visa issues in 2014. I am aware that I do not qualify for ILR, and also that I cannot switch to Tier 2 General. The MAC has completed its final review of the Tier 2 Visas, Businesses have commented about how restrictive the Tier 2 regime is, and a Parliamentary committee has also said that restricting skilled migration from outside the EU is only stimulating migration from within the European Union. In the backdrop of all this - is there a chance that there might be some rule changes that will enable me to qualify for ILR or at least switch my visa to Tier 2 General from within the UK ?
