RMLT Loophole

Post by alimista15 » Thu Jan 28, 2016 6:17 pm

Is there any chance to get Restricted COS when your salary is less then required, e.g. my friends proposed salary is 25000 for 40 hours but there tier 2 visa requires 30,000 for 39 hours ? some agent said to do RMLT with 32 hours but I suggested this is deception, is there any loop hole of showing less hours in RMLT ?

This may not be best place to look for 'loopholes'.

I am not looking for loopholes to assist myself or anyone else getting visa but to figure out

why this agent is so confident in his advise and says it's 100% legal.

I am sure this 'agent' will also charge a fortune to help your 'friend'.

The rules are clear.

I am personally on Tier 2 General so don't require RLMT myself as you can see from my previous posts, it's just someone I know who has been suggested this stuff, off course things are not as straight forward as I posted here.

But you are right, rules are clear and I need to communicate it back to them, thanks for your advise.

The article in the link below will give you an idea of how 'agents' con people by making huge promises and misinterpreting the rules to suit themselves.
