Tier 2 G Dependents

Post by broken leg » Mon Feb 08, 2016 10:01 pm

Hi all, sorry to post my question here but I couldn't start a thread...
I am on tier 2 general, I want to bring my wife and child, should they use 2 separate applications?
i understand that normally with partner application sending as many proofs of the legitimate relationship is necessary, but since we have a child should we still send similar stuff?

regards

I have moved your post to your own thread.

The clue to starting a new topic is the 'newtopic*' button on the top left of the Tier 2 G forum page.

Yes, two separate applications.

For the child, a birth certificate with both the parents name should suffice. You will also need to show maintenance for the child.
