Tier 2 ICT to Tier2 Genneral Cooliing off perrod

Hi
I am on Tier 2 ICT - Long Term Staff visa since Aug 2013 and valid up Aug 2016.

If I would like to apply for Tier 2 General visa, is there any cooling off period before applying?

Please suggest.

Yes, you are subject to the 12 month cooling off period which starts on the date you leave the UK.
