Tier 2 Dependent - transition to Tier 2 Sponsored

Post by jlc2015 » Tue Mar 15, 2016 6:39 pm

Hello,

My husband is currently sponsored under a Tier 2 visa and I am working with a startup as his dependent. He is leaving his position. Is it possible for my company to sponsor me under the Tier 2 and for him to be able to work as my dependent?

If this is possible do we have to reapply for our visas and leave the country?

Is the process for sponsoring me on a Tier 2 visa different for a startup?

Also, is it necessary to perform the RMLT? I've been at this company for 9 months now.

Thank you,
JLC2015
