My current Tier2 General Visa ends on 11th June 2016
Due to some circumstances I resigned on 11th March 2016 and agreed with the employer to be placed under 3 month Garden Leave (full salary paid until 10th of June)
After going through some posts in the Forum I am confused about following 2 things
1- Since I am being paid full salary till 10th June - will this date be considered by the UKBA as the last date of employment so that I get more 60 days time in UK (so I can stay till August 2016)?
2- Or since I resigned on 11th MArch - will this mean I can only stay until 10th May?
