Damaged tier 2 dependant visa

Post by kfokour » Sat Oct 08, 2016 9:45 pm

Please, I would be very grateful for any advice on this as I am clueless and so frustrated.
My 5 year old boy is in the UK on a tier 2 dependent visa and 1 month ago the visa sticker got wet accidentally and this has caused the picture and the writing to smudge, the rest of his passport is absolutely fine. I have tried calling and emailing the home office for advice but to no avail. In the end I took a chance and applied for a replace a damaged brp, as this seemed the closest thing to my problem, only to receive a letter back saying my application was rejected because it was the incorrect form but they didn't say what form I needed instead! I tried emailing again but with no response and I called with no use, I kept getting redirected to other departments. Pleaaase any one, HELP!!

What form did you complete for a replacement BRP?

Maybe you should apply for a replacement vignette.

How long before the visa expires?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
