ICT to Tier 2 General - Can i still work for the same employer?

Hi,
I have recently changed my Visa status from ICT Tier 2 to Tier 2 General Dependant.
I work for a company in INDIA with which i came to UK as a Intra Company transfer employee.

Since the VISA status has changed, Can i still continue for the same employer(as i am an INDIAN EMPLOYEE migrated to UK)? Since my ICT was expiring in November as in the offer letter, it was written that i had to go back to India after my Visa expires.

Or Do they have to offer me a new offer letter as an UK employee?

Will the Bonds signed in INDIA be valid now?

HR doesn't know the answer to this question.

Presumably you have informed your employer now of your new visa status. Your ICT visa has been cancelled from the date your PBS Dependent visa was issued. You are also do not have to work for them and can change jobs if you wish and whether they decide to keep you in employment is entirely up to them and not an immigration matter.

No but again, this is entirely up to them.

Not an immigration issue and you will have to resolve or find this out from your employer.
