ILR Premium Appointment Booking

I have been trying to book ILR premium appointment for around May 18 without any success. Does anyone have an idea of how best to do this? Are appointments released 45 days from each day? I mean if today was 1 April 2018, would you be only able to book appointment from May 14? or how does this 45 days work?

Appointments are available to book 42 days in advance, sometimes less than that, i.e. 28 days.
