RCOS Submission Salary Query (Base or Base+Benefits?)

Hi Everyone,

My sponsor has only included my base salary the first time around when submitting my RCOS application for April. If they had submitted my total salary, i.e. base + benefits, I would have met the cut-off! Bummed

I need to provide them with proof that it is OK to submit my total salary and it's not a requirement to submit just the base salary. Can anyone help me with links or articles where this is documented?

I can see that the guidance provided is on the authority of 'UK Visas and Immigration' and is from Jan, 2018.

I've also found this policy guidance link from the Home Office from April, 2018.

Is it fair to assume that both links are valid and not in conflict?

Base salary + guaranteed allowance is what they consider, and should be mentioned by sponsor in CoS application.

I my case a base of XX000 + 5000 of guaranteed on call allowance. As my job needs a definite on call support once in every month.
