Incorrect date in entry clearance letter

Post by beta2810 » Wed Oct 17, 2018 10:38 am

Hi. We applied for Tier 2 general and dependent application for UK from India.
We got the passport back with vignette which has same dates for both.
In the accompanying letter, duration given is 5 yrs for main applicant while for dependent it is 1 year.
This may be a typo as duration for dependent should be same. 5 Yrs fees was paid for dependent also.
Who should we contact for rectification?
Can this also be done in UK as we have planned to travel in a week?
Can there be a chance that BRP can still mention the correct date?

Could also be a typo and the BRP card will be correct.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
