Premium application for employer change possible?

I am about to switch my visa sponsor. But not sure if i can use premium same day service for it.

this link mentions we can take a psc appointment to extend the T2 visa leave.
Can I book psc appointment for T2 sponsor change as well?
Please help.

The existing (old) system of premium service has changed on 5th November and can only be done on the 'old' system up to 29 November when the existing service closes.

You can use any service to apply as Tier 2 General for extension or change of employer.
