Tier 4 Student Dependent to switch Tier 2 General

Hi,

Did this approach work out?

1) Is moving from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 4 Dependant possible(Main Applicant)?
2) Once you move to Tier 4 Dependant - can you continue with your current job full time?
3) As soon as you move to Tier 4 Dependant - can you immediately find a Tier 2 General sponsor and move to the Tier 2 General VISA?
4) Can i do all above in UK itself

1. Yes, you can change within the UK.

2. Yes. You will have to notify your employer of your visa status change.

3. No, you must wait 12 months on dependent visa before you can apply for tier 2 General.

4. Home country for tier 2 General after 12 months.
