ILR for ICT/Tier 2 PBS employer sponsored visa

Dear Members,

I have a query on ILR for Tier 2 ICT visa.

My visa was stamped on 5th March 2011, but I arrived in the UK on 1st Nov 2011, since then I've had a continuous stay, as per the below details mentioned in the UKBA website, would I be eligible for ILR on 4th March 2021 or 31st October 2021 ? Please advise.

Your 10-year qualifying period starts from either:

when you arrived in the UK with a visa
when you were given permission to stay in the UK
