TIER 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 General

Hi Guys,

I'm Currently in TIER 2 ICT Dependent Visa , My Employer is willing to sponsor me (TIER 2 General) and my spouse (as tier 2 general dependent ) who is in TIER 2 ICT Staff currently,

Is that ok to change the VISA without cool off periods.

Please let me know , Thanks in Advance

There is NO cooling off period for tier 2 dependents applying for tier 2 General entry clearance visa from home country.
