Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

Hi,

I recently arrived to UK to work for my client here under Tier 2 ICT visa. Visa starts on Nov last week 2018, is there any option available to switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General (within UK) ?

After my current Tier 2 ICT visa expires, is there any cooling off period need to be served before applying for Tier 2 ICT/General again ?

ICT can be extended for up to just over 5 years. To change to tier 2 general the cooling off period applies.
