Tier 2 Extension and ILR, British Passport with Driving Penalty

Hi All,

I'm here on Tier 2 General - 3 years and about to apply for extension.
I've seen forums that
Tier 2 extension can be applied without issues, not sure whether to mention this in application.
ILR - can be applied without issues, not sure whether to mention this in application
British Passport - can't be applied with penalty points? not sure whether to mention this in application?

Can somebody answer this who knows the process please.

Suggest focus on your extension and ask your ILR and British Citizenship questions when you get to the point of applying for each.

For ILR and British citizenship, it should be declared. If it is a court conviction, you have to wait 24 months at least for both.
