Tier 2 General -Changes of employment - ISC liable - Dependent to Tier 2 General

I am in a similar situation I have got Tier 2 general change of employment ISC liable visa due to expire on 12 march 19 I have to apply for my visa from India since I am on dependent visa. Can anyone suggest what should I do next as I understand it will be rejected if I apply with this cos? I have contacted my HR haven't heard back yet. Please advice

You need a Restricted CoS.

A change of employer CoS is an UNrestricted CoS and only for applications within the UK.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
