Is Declaring FPN for Litter mandatory for tier 2 general visa extension ?

Just 1 FPN. Can this affect visa decision ?

It depends who gave you this, is it on spot or by camera, by police or council or any other enforcement agency? Your post is not clear.

A council guy had a camera attached to his shirt..he took my name and address and said I will receive a letter from the council.. I have not yet received the letter..I am applying for visa today

you don't need to declare this as you don't have any specific information while you are applying.

Thanks. I forgot to mention 1 thing. He gave me a note of the council which states depositing of litter- section 87 of environmental protection act 1990.
It does not have a FPN number though..is it something important.

Littering is a criminal offence and if you don't pay it, apparently they can take you to court. I myself have recently been issued with a FPN for a cigarette that literally fell out of my hand in a crowd (not intentional at all) and it was done on the spot and printed out while I waited.

Ok.But should I still declare it as I have not received a FPN number. Can it affect my visa extension.
