Hi,
I am applying for Tier 2 general visa for myself and dependant visas for my spouse and 8 year old son. we had been staying in UK for almost 3 years on Tier 2 ICT long term and dependant visas.
In all the three visa applications it is asking "Have you ever been given medical treatment in the UK?" I have below queries regarding this:
1) In my case, I had visited my GP few times and sometimes had been advised medicines (nothing serious) and a couple of times referred to hospital for some investigation like XRAY, MRI, ultrasound and luckily results were negative and everything was absolutely fine. So do I need to mention all these details. In any such cases I do not have to pay anything, apart from medicines at pharmacy.
2) In my spouse case, he has visited GP few times for minor things while he has also been referred for MRI, XRAY and he had been advised for 2-3 weeks rest (for very minor fracture) followed by physio therapy. He was never admitted to hospital and do not have to pay anything, apart from medicines at pharmacy. So does he need to provide any details on the application.
3) In my child case, he has visited GP multiple times for minor things while he has also been admitted to hospital three times-- Wheezing issue-discharged in few hours, stomach ache--admitted for 2 days but nothing major came, it was only severe acidity, 2 times admitted for few hours for some minor injury/accident. We do not have to pay anything for his any of the treatments. So do we need to provide any details on his application, if yes which one should we detail?
Please advice.
Many Thanks
