2 Months Time in Lieu not physically at work

Post by Topman1984 » Sun Mar 24, 2019 4:38 pm

Hi All,

I would be grateful if you gurus can help me with my question:

I work for my company full time and I receive my payment on a monthly basis. My contract is that I work 10 months time for 12 months' hours, but I get paid in 12 instalments. For example, I am off March and July and I pay the time back in the rest of the 10 months, I get paid for March and July like I do for the rest of the 10 months (same amount of money), but I am physically not at work (because I am taking lieu time).

BTW when the job was advertised for RLMT this was written on the job advert so it was not something new.

Is this an issue?

Thank you

As long as the time is recorded for what it is - time off in lieu then there is not an issue with it.
