Tier 1 Ent to Tier 2 General. Help Needed

Hi,
I got my tier 1 entrepreneur visa in July 2014 then applied for extension in July 2017. HO called for interview in March 2018 and application is still pending. I want to vary my application to tier 2 General.

I have three questions:
1) If I switch to tier 2 general is there any salary requirement?
2) I will be completing my 5 years on Tier 1 in July 2019 and if I switch to tier 2 and visa granted for tier 2 will I be able to apply for ILR in July 2019.
3) I will be completing my 10 years in UK in September 2019 If I switch to tier 2 now by varying my tier 1 application which is pending for last 22months will I able to apply for ILR in September?

Depends on the min appropriate rate for your position as per Appendix J of the immigration rules.

The job with SOC code 2139 have two different salary requirement for new entrant its £22,700 and for experienced its £31,000. AS i am new entrant to tier 2 do I need min £22,700?

No. The New entrant refers to an inexperienced/graduate level job. If you are offered a job at a higher level (experienced level job) under the same SOC, you should meet the higher salary. I suggest to read the Tier 2 guide in the link I posted above !!

Note that to qualify for ILR from tier 2, you will need to have a minimum salary of £35,800pa and evidence of this.

Why don't you just wait and vary your application to ILR since you are barely 2 months away from being qualified for ILR?

Yes now I have decided to wait for 50 days then will vary my application if I dont get decision.
