ICt tier2 to ICT tier 2 dependent to ICT general

Hi,
Me and my husband both are on ICT tier 2 in an IT conpany.
We want to stay here for a longer term and hence had a below plan and a query on the same.
If i move to my husband's ICT dependent visa and switch my job to another company who agrees to sponser tier2 general, will there be any cool off period which would be applied before i can move to tier 2 general or can i directly move to tier 2 without serving any minimum term on ICT tier 2 dependent?

You need to spend 12 months as ICT dependent before you can apply for tier 2 General from your home country.
