Can I travel outside the UK after ILR Refusal if my BRP is still valid

Post by Blue227 » Tue Apr 23, 2019 7:06 pm

I am currently on Tier 2 General and have been on it for 5 years and 2 months(was issued for a total span of 6 years). I recently applied for ILR on Super priority and have received a refusal, there seems to have been some confusion around the SOC code. I have a trip planned to Spain in the coming days and was just hoping for some advice on whether I can travel outside the UK as my Tier 2 BRP is valid until Feb 2020. I might consider appealing or re-applying once I am back.

Any advice would be very helpful, look forward to hearing from you folks.
