IHS Surcharge related query - PBS dependant

Hi,

I have a query regarding IHS fee to be paid during the online visa application form. I filled up the application form for my wife (who is coming as PBS Tier2 dependent). While filling the IHS form, it's asking me to pay 92,320 INR for a period of 2 years whereas it should be 2*400 = 800 GBP or its equivalent INR. I still don't get why I'm being asked to pay more money than usual one. In addition, I must say that I paid around 75k INR in April when I made my Tier2 General visa application. How do things change within the last two months ? Please give your suggestions if you have any.
