Supplementary work “outside working hours”

Hello,
I have been offered 5 hours supplementary work from a different employer on a weekly basis.

My question is regarding the guidance of Home Office on working “outside working hours”.

I’m planning to take annual leave on Fridays on which days I’m planning to do the supplementary hours.

Is this considered “outside working hours”?

No you can't. Outside working hours means exactly that, outside of your contracted hours. If you are on annual leave, that is still your sponsors time.
