Tier 2 transfer to a comany with smaller salary

Hi all,

I am a Tier 2 general migrant (2 years in the UK already) and I want eventually to get ILR and then citizenship. I've got a brilliant offer from a start-up company (120K) which I want to accept, but I am afraid that the company is very unstable and after some time I'll have to look for a new job. If this happens, I'll most likely wouldn't be able to get a job matching this compensation - the best salary which I've heard of from other companies is around 90K for my qualification.

Is there any visa consequences if I move from a high salary to a lower salary? Would Tier 2 transfer be possible and would I still be able to get ILR?

No. You simply need to meet the requirement for ILR and what is stated in your SOC.
