BRP has not been received

Hi everyone,
I have got a lot of information here, so I want to update my situation here as well for you guys to be as a reference.
Application submitted time: 04 December 2019
Appointment in Croydon: 06 December 2019
Decision letter from HO: 10 December 2019

Still haven't got my BRP until today, I have reported on https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence ... t-arrived., no reply so far. Email to: BRPDelivery@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and BRPOATECH@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. They said there is some technical issue of producing my BRP card, so there is really nothing I can do but wait.

I will update with this later on if I get it.

Your letter likely does state clearly it is 7-10 working days for the BRP to be delivered, which comes by DX Courier. Busiest time of the year for courier companies.
