Yes, if you meet all the requirements.Just one more query -> I entered back in 2018. Does it mean my clock was reset from that point of time and If I continue to work in UK until 2028 - I would be eligible in 2028 only for ILR under this rule ?
Makes no difference. A 2 year single absence is extensive, no discretion could be applied under the long residnece rules which states clearly no single absence of 180 days or more and absence limit of 540 days in the whole 10 years. You fail on both accounts based on what you state.Also, if my employer provide an official letter that employed only had sent me to other countries to support/establish the Project - Will it make any difference or there is no way
