Tier 2 ICT (Internal Company Transfer)

Hi all,

I am currently employed on a Tier 2 ICT visa in the UK, my visa is still due to expire on March 2023. due to Covid-19 i had to return to my home country and work from there.

My employer are not very responsive when i ask immigration questions so could someone please help me on the following. 1) how long can i stay outside the UK on a Tier 2 ICT visa? 2) How can the employer terminate my contract?

Until your employer needs you back in the UK if they don't cancel your visa.

2) How can the employer terminate my contract?

Not an immigration related issued as presumably you are working for your sponsor in India (presumably there is an Indian office as you have ICT and not Tier 2 General).
