Currently working in UK with Tier-2 ICT permit looking for new job

Hi Team,
I am Indian citizen currently working in UK with Tier-2 ICT permit (issued in 2019 and valid till 2022). I have recently been approached for a new job in UK and I have cleared the first round of interview. Next round is with HR and probably they will have queries on current immigration status.

My query is if I wish to take up the new job will the existing work permit cease to exist and I need to return India ? Or I can switch to the next company and continue my stay in UK ?
