IHS Surcharge email from home office - PBS dependent extension

Hi all,

My wife has received an email from home office on her PBS dependant extension application . The application was for 2 people my wife and our son. In the email it is said that we haven't paid the IHS surcharge for our son and we have to use the link in the email to pay it. But there is no link in the email and there is no email id i can reply to. The email is also from a non-monitored email. I tried calling homeoffice to reach the person by the name but no luck. I already replied to the email but not sure whether they see it or not.

Another issue is that i have paid the IHS charge for both my son and wife (£2400) but in the email it is said that i paid only £1200.

Can anyone please advise?

Did you include the IHS payment confirmation with their application supporting documents??

Have they enrolled biometrics yet?

Have they applied from abroad or within the UK??
