ILR --- Tier 2 General to Tier 2 PBS...

Hi,

My wife was on a TIER 2 GENERAL VISA and then moved to a TIER 2 Dependent Visa after we got married. She has lived in the UK under these 2 visa's for more than 5 years. I am eligible for an ILR now. Is she eligible as well? Or the 5 years clock starts with the year when the TIER 2 dependent Visa was issued.

Her clock reset to zero when she changed visa route to tier 2 dependent.

She needs 5 years as a PBS dependent before she qualifies for ilr.
