PBS dependent visa extension

Tier 2 Dependent Visa Extension and Main Applicant On ILR.

Hi

I am struggling to find a link to apply online for my wife extension.

I was on Tier 2 general visa and after completing 5 years, I applied and got my ILR last month.

Now I am trying to extend my wife Tier 2 dependent visa which is expiring end of this month, and I am not applying for FLR M as this will reset my wife's 2 years of stay in uk. I believe if I extend her visa, then she only have to spend 3 more years to get an ILR. Right?

Can anyone please confirm and provide me the link for home office application for Tier 2 Dependent extension within the UK?

Thank you.

You apply for a skilled worker dependent visa extension.

https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/ ... d-children

Dependents can apply for ilr when they meet the requirements and 5 year residence.

Thank you for your response.

I have tried the above link to extend my wife PBS Dependent Visa (i am on ILR now), but this link takes me to 'Skilled Worker visa' and I selected 'Your partner and children' and then I clicked on 'extend or switch to your Skilled Worker visa as your partner'. It further asks 'Has your spouse or partner applied to work or study in the UK?', if I am already on ILR then my wife has to answer 'No' on this question ? right?

If she does answer it as NO, it says 'You are not eligible for this visa'.

I will appreciate any assistance in this regard.

Thank you.

You should answer yes because you had applied to work before you got ILR.
