Ongoing Rate -revised salary

Hi
i am tier 2 (skilled worker -sponsored) and my skill set was within shortage occupation list

please advise what is ongoing rate for skilled worker .. can they be paid 80% reduced rate without getting their ILR affected.. my employer is reducing my salary saying i will be paid 80% full salary (or reduced rate) as per UK shortage occupation list, which i have checked and paid salary will match that..

Will this affect my ILR..

other condition that i will lose my job..
