Which Dependent visa should I apply for?

Hello There,

I am currently on ILR.

Need to apply for a dependant visa for my family members. They completed 4.5 yrs on PBS dependant, their old visa expires in November 2023, Need extension for 6 more months before they are eligible for their ILR.

My question is which dependent visa should they apply for ILR Dependent or PBS Dependent?

Can someone send me the right link for this extension visa.

If they apply under Appendix FM, then their 5-year qualifying period for ILR will be reset.

You haven’t stated which category under PBS?

Assume it’s Skilled worker?

Yes, they are currently on Skilled Worker PBS dependent visa.

So, my dependents should go with this "PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent dependant partner" then ?
