Dependent Child skilled worker Visa stand for refusal under SW 30.2/CHI 3.2.

Hi Advisor ,

My daughter's child dependent visa is stand for refusal under CHI 3.2.

I am mother of the child , who has skilled worker visa which is valid until 2026 March. I applied dependent for my child to stay with me in UK.

My husband is on Tier 2 ICT Visa , which is expiring on April 4 2024. Due to some family problems he is going back to India and will stay there for sometime. He will be back to UK in few months , from India he will make the Visa application when he wants to come back to UK.

During this period , I will be taking care of my daughter alone in UK. I have enough funds to support her.

Home office is asking for letter of consent on sole responsibility of my daughter.

Note: Me and my husband are still in relation , he has parental responsibility. Currently he could not apply for visa , since he has to travel on March 22nd.

Please suggest what document I need to submit in my case.

Why does he not apply for a Skilled Worker Dependent visa at the same time as the child?
