Seeking guidance on dual CoS processing

Post by doughng » Thu Dec 12, 2024 11:52 am

Hi everyone,

I need some clarification regarding the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) process. I have received a job offer that includes skilled worker sponsorship, and my current employer is also working on securing a skilled worker sponsorship for me. Is there a chance of any conflict arising if both processes are happening simultaneously, or are there any potential issues I should be aware of?

You cannot have two CoS assigned to you at the same time.

Only one can be assigned to you to facilitate a visa application. If an employer tries to assign one when another one is already assigned by another employer, it will be rejected and they cannot assign it.

Whichever one you want to go with, rhe other kne if assigned will have to be withdrawn first.
