CR - you dont know the rules whereas I know. I am not misleading anyone here and back my points as these are confirmed by solicitor.
It may come as a surprise to know that solicitors are not infallible. There are regular instances on the forum where legal advisors have been incorrect in their understanding of the Rules.

I'm not sure what you're currently disagreeing with....the right to enter the UK as a visitor during the cooling off period, or the rule that all legal leave can be combined to qualify for ILR under long residence. :?

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

User seems to be confused and just trolling and spamming the topic now.

User has provided no official link confirming his claim and I suspect the lawyers doesn't have one either.

As there is no response, I am assuming that everyone is in agreement with my views.

Nope, you are on your own in your "views". As has repetively been asked for, you have provided no official source for your "view", so to'ing and fro'ing with you is pointless and you have completely hijacked another users topic with your ill informed and incorrect "views"

'Admin' for Immigrations Board is based in Latvia and deals with technical issues only. He has no input on the moderation of the forum.

I believe that the member who opened this topic posted only once and has lost interest in your opinions and ceased posting long ago.

No 'action' has been taken against you. As the member who opened the topic hasn't visited the forum since Tue Mar 03 and only posted once, there is little point in continuing with this thread.

By the way, I'm Casa, not my fellow Moderator, CR001.
