CR - you dont know the rules whereas I know. I am not misleading anyone here and back my points as these are confirmed by solicitor.

It may come as a surprise to know that solicitors are not infallible. There are regular instances on the forum where legal advisors have been incorrect in their understanding of the Rules.

I'm not sure what you're currently disagreeing with....the right to enter the UK as a visitor during the cooling off period, or the rule that all legal leave can be combined to qualify for ILR under long residence.

No 'action' has been taken against you. As the member who opened the topic hasn't visited the forum since Tue Mar 03 and only posted once, there is little point in continuing with this thread.
