Less Visa validaity and NO WORK NO BUSINESS

Hi all,

I have got my student visa - on the approval letter says Student visa from 20 Jan 2022 to 30 Jan 2024 and I have 20 hrs permitted.

My dependant(wife) - on the approval letter says as Student DEP PARTNER from 03 Feb 2022 to 30 Jan 2023 only.

Also, in her passport - NO work or NO business.

what should I do? where should I get this corrected?

There should be a letter accompanying the passport which explains how to report any errors.

Right, this is less validity on the approval letter - could this be changed equal date to my partner(student Visa). how this works as I can not see any info for correction to be contacted.

Shall I write the email to admin.review.enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk with all information of my husband(student) as we are worrying about my less validity of stay in my approval letter as one year less than my husband's.

Please help us as we are still in India

The international student adviser at the university may be able to advise on the matter.

so shall we come to the UK and take it from there after collecting our BRP card.

Worried about length of validity my husband's till 30 Dec 2024 mine mentioned as 30 Dec 2023.

How can I correct this?

so there are no issues coming to the UK on this matter for now. my husband can go to University ask their guidance on my behalf?

I didn't say that at all. I advised administrative review, with support from the international student adviser if they can help.
