Switching from Skilled Worked to Student PSW/Graduate Dependent Visa

Hi,

I was dependent on my wife's student visa during (2022-23), later my company sponsored me a skilled worker visa and my wife chose to apply and stay on her 2-year PSW visa(2023-25).

Now my company has made my position redundant, so my visa will soon be terminated. The only option is to find another sponsorship in probably 60 days.

In case I don't, can I still return to my wife's PSW as a dependent for the remaining time?

P.S - As per the eligibility criteria Appendix Graduate, paragraph GR 9.4(a).

GR 9.4. The applicant must be in the UK on the date of application and must:

(a) have, or have last been granted, permission as a dependant partner of a Student and that Student is applying for, or has now been granted, permission to stay in the Graduate route; or

No you cannot. Your LAST visa, granted, it current visa, needs to have been a student dependent visato qualify for a graduate dependent visa.

The 60 days starts from when ukvi sends you a curtailment letter, which can take a few months. The 60 days does not start from your last date of employment.
