Applying for British Passport for child born in UK

Hello Experts,

Had a question in regards to my child British passport eligibility, he has born on last year sep 2014 during that time we are on Tier 1 general and did not travel to India or applied Indian passport.
Now had my ILR, can apply to British passport for my son or should I have to go through naturalisation process?

MN1 registration in Section1 (3).
Then passport.

Hi,
Thank you for the quick reply, do we need to submit father and mothers passport? Or Father passport is sufficent for registering child as BC using MN1 form?

On my passport spouse name is been added.

You can also apply for MN1 registration and use Nationality Checking Service (for a small fee), they will photocopy all your documents and give the originals back to you.
